Our amazing band director, Steve Adams, has been recognized with the Kansas Music Educators Association's "Teacher of the Year" award! This well-deserved honor recognizes both his tireless effort to maintain high standards in music and the positive culture he nurtures within the SMS Band program. Mr. Adams' enthusiasm fosters a lifetime love of music in the hearts of his students.
