Band Travel Fund:
Money donated to this fund pays travel costs of all students participating in a trip. Please write "travel fund" on the memo line.
Individual Travel Assistance Fund:
Money donated to this fund assists individuals who demonstrate special financial need to be able to participate in a trip. Please write "Travel Assistance" on the memo line.
How to Donate:

2. Print and fill out form
3. Send completed form and check payable to South Band Boosters to:

Donations to our 501 (C)3 organization are tax-deductible. Keep a copy of your completed form and check for your tax records. A receipt will also be sent to you for tax purposes.
