Attending a Booster Meeting is the best way to find out what's going on with the Bands, unless your kids are WAY better than most at telling you things like:
We have a concert on Thursday
I need 2 copies of my music for solo and ensemble fest
Evening of Jazz is on May 7th
Booster meetings will help with those issues, but not with the dreaded "My Black Dress Shirt has ketchup on it from after the last concert and I need it in 20 minutes"... for that you're on your own.
