Next week, we begin hybrid instruction! I can't wait to see you guys! Make sure to read the hybrid instructions that South has sent out for all students so you know the general flow of things. Since first and fifth hours both begin the days they fall on, you will come straight to the band room. Don't hang out in the halls. I will be here to direct traffic to setup. Please carefully read this HYBRID IN THE BAND ROOM document.

Make sure to bring your instrument, printed off music, mask and laptop. I imagine it will be a little chaotic as we first get setup but be patient, keep that distance and we will get those wheels turning. I am so looking forward to making music with you in person!
If you are remote, we will be streaming the rehearsals over our normal webex links. Join us and play along! If you are in-person, you are also invited to join these rehearsals. All graded projects, at least for now, will continue to be accessed through Canvas.
Nuts and bolts-First hour will just check in for a brief meeting this Friday morning for roll and some quick announcements. No other classes that I teach will have webex meetings this Friday. Everyone should work on your Canvas projects or practice.
The game Friday-be in the stands at 6:30. It is supposed to be COLD! Dress for it-layers, gloves, something to cover your ears. If you have tickets you don't need for the game, please let Mr. Schapker know. There are seniors (it is their last game as Rompin' Stompin' Raiders!) that would really like some extras.
After some glitches with submitting assignments with Canvas over the past couple of days, it seems like everything is back to working like it should. Please get those assignments in. The end of the quarter is getting close!
Finally, if you haven't already, sign up for the 5K! We have about 180 participants! And, again, if you haven't already, take care of those forms and fees on the band website.
