Our three concert groups will be presenting Show & Tell Mini-Concerts this Thursday evening! Hang with me, in the age of COVID, there are a lot of details but please read them carefully.
5:45-Freshman Band and their audience are allowed to enter the auditorium.
6:00-Freshman Band performance.
6:20-performance concludes-students and audience are asked to leave immediately.
6:45-Concert Band and their audience are allowed to enter the auditorium.
7:00-Concert Band performance.
7:20-performance concludes-students and audience are asked to leave immediately. 7:45-Symphonic Band and their audience are allowed to enter the auditorium.
8:00-Symphonic Band performance.
8:20-performance concludes-students and audience are asked to leave immediately.
To Be An Audience Member:
-Please fill out this Google Form for each student (by 10am on Thursday)
-Each student may have up to four family members attend.
-Attendees must be on the pass list (created from the Google Form submissions) to attend
-Audience members must be masked and maintain social distancing at all times while on campus. . This is a new form, if you already did on before 2PM Friday, please do it again using this link. The doors to the auditorium will open 15 minutes before each mini-concert. Please wait outside or in cars prior to that time so we can maintain social distancing. Audience members must be marked off the Google Form list as they enter. Please exit as soon as the concert concludes. Audience members may not stay in the auditorium between performances. If you have a student in more that one concert, you must check in for each. Audience Seating: The auditorium will have limited seating. You may sit in chairs marked with green painter's tape. These will be grouped in fours. Only one family group can be in a set of four seats, whether there is one person or four, families cannot combine within the groups of four. Again, all of this is to maintain social distancing. Performing Students:
Band members arrive 15 minutes before their concert
You can enter the band room through the back door.
Fill out the QR code COVID questionnaire (if you have any exposures or symptoms, please do not attend!)
Meet onstage for warm-up
As soon as the concert it over, you should leave as soon as reasonably possible. Do not overlap with the other groups.
You may not stay to hear their concerts unless you have a sibling in the group and your name has been submitted on the audience member Google Form.
Dress-we will not be in uniform. What you would wear to school is fine. If you are involved in athletics that evening and it is easier to wear your sports gear, that is perfectly fine. Follow all of the COVID guidelines we've used all year.
Remote Students are welcome and encouraged to join us, but not required. If you are going to come, please email Mr. Adams so we can make sure there is a seat for you.
All in-person students are expected to attend.
