Symphonic Band members who plan to go on the Europe need to pay the first installment and turn in the forms from your trip packet on Tuesday, November 27. Mrs. Velicer has offered to come to class Tuesday morning to pick up payments and forms or you can mail them to her address listed on the front of the packet you received at the meeting. Note that some of the forms need to be notarized and the first payment includes a 200.00 non-refundable deposit.
For those who are not in Symphonic Band but want to be considered for the trip, don’t pay or turn anything in until you receive an invitation from me. Any students that we add will have a later deadline to get everything in. At that point, the non-refundable part would kick in. Right now, it looks like I’m very limited in how many students can be added to the symphonic band members who are traveling because of the size of the coach bus that we will be using. After the very strong interest shown at the meeting last week (much stronger than we had for the last three trips), I contacted the tour company to see if a larger coach can be booked. I haven’t heard back from them, yet. Those invitations won’t come out until I know how many symphonic members commit to going.
